Company History
Founded in 1994, Tanay Industries Corporation (TIC) entered the Philippine market with its flagship brand, LUCKY. Rooted in decades of experience in PVC pipe trading, TIC transitioned to manufacturing to fulfill its vision of becoming an industry leader in innovation and quality. Starting with uPVC pipes, the company expanded in 2012 to include plastic pipes and hoses for water supply. In 2015, TIC consolidated its operations by moving its headquarters to Tanay, Rizal, ensuring seamless communication between its plant and management teams.
LUCKY’s product offerings now include a wide range of uPVC and plastic pipes for various applications, such as sanitary systems, electrical conduits, and water supply, all designed to meet Philippine standards. Additionally, its PVC interior profiles—ranging from doors to ceiling panels—serve as versatile solutions for residential and commercial interior applications.

OUR HISTORY
1997
LUCKY has achieved significant recognition over the years, beginning in 1997 when its uPVC doors earned AITECH accreditation from the Housing and Urban Development Council.
2005
In 2005, TIC became the first local manufacturer to win the title “Most Outstanding Manufacturer of Plastic Doors” from the Philippine Marketing Excellence Award Institute.
2006
LUCKY also earned a spot among Avida Land Corporation’s most outstanding suppliers in 2006, further cementing its reputation in the construction industry.
